Why Rotary over Wand?
A rotary high pressure cleaning system will clean 20 inches at a time, and is walked up and down the area like a lawn mower, covering larger areas quicker and uses far less water to do the same size area.
A wand pressure cleaner has a tendency to leave behind stripe marks when dried because of the inconsistent pressure and distance from the jet head. It also leaves minute amounts of grime behind. While the surface is still wet, it is hard to tell if the job has been done properly until the area is completely dry. With the use of the rotary washer there are no striped marks left behind as it is consistently applying the same high pressure over the entire area.
How do I prepare for the driveway and pathway high pressure cleaning?
Please ensure all items in the vicinity are moved to allow our technician to effectively high pressure clean the whole area; for example, pot plants, bird cages, outdoor furniture, and electrical items.
Please make us aware of any areas of concern or any particular areas that require attention BEFORE we begin pressure cleaning; for example, cracks, chips, soft areas or any weakened areas.
Won’t my gurney at home do the same job as high pressure cleaning?
It will clean the area but not a thoroughly, and it will take you a lot longer than high pressure cleaning. We have specialised equipment and materials to do a much better job, a lot faster and using less water.
Do I have to be home for the driveway and pathway high pressure cleaning service?
No one needs to be home for the high pressure cleaning. However, we do recommend if you know your property leaks that you are home during the house washing to communicate with the technician.
We do need full external access of the perimeter.

Weather in general is not a problem; most of our services can still be done in the rain.
We know you are busy and your time is important, but unfortunately high winds and lightning can affect us. We will endeavour to reschedule a suitable date for your high pressure cleaning service.
What if I have a dog/s? – We Love Dogs
Dogs are generally not a problem for us. But it is important that you advise us if you have dogs when booking, purely so we can ensure we close gates etc. during the high pressure cleaning service.
Do I have to remove items from around the outside of my house before the high pressure cleaning service?
Yes, for a few reasons:
- To ensure a thorough clean of your house
- Prevent overspray on your belongings

Can you do the high pressure cleaning service while other work is being done?
No, we can’t perform the high pressure cleaning. It is imperative that no tradesmen or external works be organized for the same day as our external cleaning service.
Too many trades make it impossible for us to get our job done and deliver you the highest quality house washing service, and honestly, it obstructs them too.
What if I have just had painting done? Can I still have the high pressure cleaning service?
